Local setup notes for Conroe
Lake Conroe lots slope to the water. We set units on level ground near the drive, not on the slope above a bulkhead. Tell us if guests are arriving by boat so we place the unit where they can reach it.
Master-planned communities have HOA rules. Grand Central Park, Woodforest and similar neighborhoods often ask that units sit beside the house or behind a fence. Check your HOA before delivery day.
Streets belong to the city. Keep the unit on private property. Placing anything in a City of Conroe street or right-of-way needs city approval, so ask the City of Conroe first.
Summer heat speeds up odor. From June to September, big crews do better with a second weekly service. Shade helps too.

Conroe porta potty rental questions
These 8 answers cover what Conroe renters ask before they book: price, timing, cleaning, placement and billing. Each answer gives the number first. For deeper detail, the full porta potty FAQ covers more than 70 questions about units, events and job sites.
How much does it cost to rent a porta potty in Conroe?
A standard job-site porta potty in Conroe starts at $175 per 28 days with weekly cleaning, plus $65 delivery and $30 pickup. A standard event unit starts at $195 for the weekend plus $60 delivery and pickup. Texas sales tax is added. See the full Conroe pricing guide.
Can I get a porta potty delivered today in Conroe?
Same-day delivery is available in Conroe when you call by 12 PM, Monday through Saturday. A same-day fee starting at $75 applies. Orders after noon go on the next morning's first route.
How often do you clean the porta potty?
Every 28-day rental includes 1 service visit per week. The technician pumps the tank, washes the inside, sanitizes surfaces and restocks paper and sanitizer. Extra visits cost $45 each.
My party is Saturday. When do you drop it off and pick it up?
Weekend event units are dropped off Friday and picked up Monday at no extra charge. Saturday-morning drop-off is available if Friday does not work. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Does the price change if I keep it 3 days or the full month?
A job-site rental is one 28-day price whether the unit stays 3 days or 28. An event rental covers the weekend window, Friday to Monday. For a short weekday need, ask for the event rate.
Where should the porta potty go at my house?
The unit needs a flat, firm spot about 4 feet by 4 feet, like a driveway edge or side yard. The driver needs a 4-foot-wide path from the truck. Keep the door away from windows and air conditioners.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and the gate is open or the code is shared. Put a cone, chair or flag where the unit goes. The driver texts a photo after setup on request.
Are you a local company or a broker?
Willie Rental Works is a local operator at 501 Hickerson St in Conroe. We own the units and trucks. Your call reaches Willie or his dispatcher, and the same crew delivers, cleans and picks up.
